The Irish Horsebox Bar Hire Story

In July, 2021 The Irish Horsebox Bar Hire came under new ownership. We are very proud to bring the horsebox into its next chapter, continuing to help our clients celebrate the special moments in their lives.

Our converted Rice horsebox bar started its journey in 2018, when it was lovingly converted into a stunning mobile bar. From the very beginning, the founders used local businesses to create the beautiful fixtures and fittings. Supporting local is an ethos we are passionate about continuing on today, and we are proud to stock Irish drinks, teas, coffees, and condiments, as well as working closely with local suppliers to offer our clients the very best packages.

For summer 2021 and beyond, we are excited to bring our specialty, premium service to our clients’ special days.

We had the Irish horse box for our wedding in April couldn’t fault them they were lovely and were so quick getting every one served it was a freezing cold day, would definitely recommend to all my friends went down a treat with all our guests staff very friendly and professional.

A Gem of a Surprise! We hired The Irish Horsebox Bar for a birthday celebration we had at home last February. As it was a day time celebration with kids we asked Tara and her fantastic team to provide our guests with hot drinks. The served up Nespresso cappuccinos and Lattes and had a great selection of herbal teas. Each of our guests requests were catered for. The kids loved the hot chocolate and what really made their day was being able to pick their own toppings which were left out in little bowls for the kids to choose from. They also had a beautiful selection of donuts and cakes for people to nibble on. Everyone was able to sit around on the seats and hay bales that were covered in the cutest cushions. I really liked that fact that the horse box was the focal point around which all of our friends were able to relax while the kids played around. The staff never stopped smiling and were fast with their service. Everything was spotless. It really made our party!

From the first time we met Ben and his team they were very helpful and always so professional. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had and nothing was too big an ask for them. They provided us with a prosecco and gin bar for the drinks reception as well as providing teas, coffees and hot chocolate at our marquee wedding. All our guests commented on how friendly and efficient they were. We would highly recommend the Irish Horsebox to anyone having a wedding or event and want to provide their guests with something a bit different.
